A multi-unit residential electrical fitout project at The Crossings, Adamstown, Dublin has seen Callaghan Electrical teams working on close to 900 apartments across 3 distinct phases. This large-scale, flagship project by Elliott Group for Quintain has also seen our teams work across Retail [ Shell & Core ], amenity spaces, and carpark facilities during different phases. A summary of Phase 1, 2 and 3 projects outlined below.
Phase 1 - 279 Apartments and 20 Shop Units Shell & Core
Callaghan Electrical was appointed electrical contractor for Phase 1 and worked in partnership with OCSC O’Connor Sutton Cronin Consulting Engineers, and Henry J Lyons Architects.
Phase 2 - 184 Apartments and Amenity Spaces
Callaghan Electrical was appointed electrical contractor for Phase 2 and worked in partnership with OCSC O’Connor Sutton Cronin Consulting Engineers, and Henry J Lyons Architects .
Phase 3 - 436 Apartments, Basement Carpark and Amenity Space
Callaghan Electrical was appointed electrical contractor for Phase 3 and is working in partnership with IN2 Consulting Engineers and Henry J Lyons Architects.
Callaghan Electrical is responsible for full supply, installation and project management of end-to-end electrical contract works across the site.
