Kieran Callaghan
Founder & CEO
Founder and CEO, Kieran set up Callaghan Electrical in 1996. With support from the wider team, Kieran has grown the business on principles of quality workmanship, innovation and client and staff partnership. An advocate of the individual, team and organisational training and development, Kieran ensures the company takes a proactive approach to electrical contracting trends, innovations, new technologies while adopting new ways of working. Kieran has championed the adoption of lean processes across the business to drive efficiencies and ensure a laser-focus on client satisfaction.
Padraig Reilly
Project Manager
With over 20 years’ experience as an electrician with Callaghan Electrical, Padraig oversees many of our key projects and client engagements. With a practical and logical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see projects right through to completion, Padraig also assists members of the wider team with experienced insight, expertise and support.
Noleen Sexton
Clerical & Administration Support
With the team since 2003, Noleen has over 20+ years in busy clerical, admin and operational roles. In her current role at Callaghan Electrical, Noleen is responsible for overall clerical and administrative support including the coordination and implementation of office procedures. This includes our Debtor Control and Payroll services.
Orla Crowe
Accounts Administration
Joining Callaghan Electrical in 2009, Orla manages our financial accounts in addition to general account administration. Orla’s experience stems the preparation, recording and reconciliation of account transactions in addition to provide support for other functions across the business including marketing, health and safety preparation and submission, documentation, and prequalification questionnaires.
Joe Young
Electrical Engineer
Joining Callaghan Electrical in 2016 with extensive experience across Electrical Engineering, Joe heads up our Estimation Department with responsibility for assessing materials, labour, plant and necessary machinery to carry out a project. Joe also assists with project managing client engagements from initial design to team, budget and project schedule. In this role, Joe works closely with representatives of the builder or main contractor in the early design and planning stages of a project.
Gabriel Sheridan
Contracts Manager
With over 10 years experience with Callaghan Electrical, Gabriel is Contracts Manager where he is responsible for coordinating and managing the delivering of key projects for clients. Gabriel brings both Irish and international electrical construction experience to our clients.
David Joyce
Project Manager
Joining the Callaghan Electrical team in 2012, David brings vast electrical contracting experience from working in the industry in Ireland and abroad. As a project manager, David oversees the planning and scheduling of work and the productivity of teams to delivering projects on time and to specific quality levels. David’s vast experience allows him to recognise, address and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Shane Lynch
Document Controller
Shane is responsible for updating and monitoring all current project-related documentation and portals while ensuring compliance with all company and ISO standards. He reports project-specific performance and compliance metrics to management in order to ensure quality workmanship and maintain the innovative reputation which Callaghan Electrical has become known for.
Tommy McCullagh
Foreman
Tommy joined Callaghan Electrical as a first year apprentice back in 2018. Tommy progressed his way up through the team and is now a key foreman on one of our busy residential sites. Tommy's knowledge, work ethic and professionalism when dealing with our team and all other trades people on site helps ensure projects and jobs are completed to the highest standards and in budget.
Aaron Watson
Foreman
With extensive security system experience and skills from his previous experience, Aaron joined us in 2021 and is now foreman on a dedicated housing project. He is responsible for the planning, organising and supervising the day-to-day running of the site. He attends weekly site meetings and reports back to our contracts manager. Through strong leadership and effective communication skills and a natural ability to work well under pressure, Aaron contributes immensely to ensuring projects are completed to specification, on time and in budget.
Colm Quinn
Foreman
Colm has been Callaghan Electrical since 2013 and today is Foreman for a key client in North Co. Dublin. As Foreman, his role includes tracking and recording all site activity, progress and reporting on same to deliver the overall project on time while ensuring safety at all times. Colm attends site meetings with management to update the respective teams, client and sub-contractors on progress, coordinating the overall project to completion.
Declan Cullivan
Foreman
Declan joined the team in 2016 as an apprentice electrician before qualifying in 2021. His attention to detail, positive attitude, willingness to help others and problem-solving skills ensures smooth handover of projects at all times. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial and, like all our foremen, clinical at ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Shane Cullivan
Foreman
Shane joined Callaghan Electrical in 2018. With a solid understanding of electrical techniques, tools and materials, he has a natural ability to assess the nature and work standard to be achieved and pushes for perfection each time. He has vast experience on both commercial and residential projects. He attends weekly site meetings and effectively communicates the goals of the project back to his team, helping to inspire all to hit the highest quality levels of delivery. Shane sets standards by leading by example.
Oisin Callaghan
Foreman
As Foreman, Oisin heads up our onsite team on a key large scale project, ensuring the team are working to high standards and key project milestones are hit. Oisin reports back on wider project progress in addition to liaising with all parties involved to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of the overall project.
