Our commitment extends beyond compliance; we proactively safeguard the Safety, Health, and Welfare of our employees during their employment. This includes providing essential information, training, and supervision to prevent accidents and health issues, ensuring not only the well-being of our staff but also the protection of visitors, clients, and contractors impacted by our activities.
Our management team’s primary responsibility is to foster a culture of safety, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and resources to contribute to a secure and healthy workplace. Following this, we emphasise the obligation of our employees to actively engage with our safety protocols, taking diligent care of themselves and their colleagues. Lastly, we extend this responsibility to our contractors, expecting them to adhere to our safety standards and contribute positively to our collective well-being.
