Challenge

Callaghan Electrical is delivering a large-scale end to end electrical fit out service for a multi-unit development at Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin. Located in the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone. Dublin’s newest suburb, the vision is to create vibrant and exciting new and growing neighbourhood in Dublin. Phase 3 of ‘The Crossings’ includes the completion of 436 apartments, a basement carpark and amenity space.

​Callaghan Electrical is responsible for the full electrical fit out – from site set up to the first unit sale – with a complex scope across blocks, apartment units, carpark, and amenity spaces. The project is being delivered in partnership with Quintain, one of the largest residential developers in the country, Henry J. Lyons, one of Ireland's top architects, Elliott Group, one of the most respected construction firms in Ireland and the UK with IN2 as consulting engineers. ​​

Callaghan Electrical is responsible for full supply, installation and project management of end-to-end electrical contract works across the site.  Phase 3 includes 436 apartment units, basement carpark and amenity spaces and the following services:

Callaghan Electrical was also responsible for Electrical contracting on Phase 1 [279 apartments, 20 shop units] and Phase 2 [184 apartments and amenity space] of the project at The Crossings in Adamstown.
