Challenge

Callaghan Electrical was challenged to deliver a large-scale end to end electrical fit out service for a multi-unit development at Adamstown, Lucan, Co. Dublin. Located in the Adamstown Strategic Development Zone. Dublin’s newest suburb, the vision is to create vibrant and exciting new and growing neighbourhood in Dublin. Phase 2 of ‘The Crossings’ included the completion of 184 apartments and amenity space.

Callaghan Electrical was responsible for the full electrical fit out – from site set up to the first unit sale – with a complex scope across blocks, apartment units, and amenity spaces. The project was delivered in partnership with Quintain, one of the largest residential developers in the country, Henry J. Lyons, one of Ireland's top architects, OCSC, one of Ireland's leading consulting engineers and Elliott Group, one of the most respected construction firms in Ireland and the UK.
